NOC / Network L3 Engineer

Key Responsibilities Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalation Resolve critical incidents escalated from L2, including deep packet analysis, flow diagnostics, and log correlation. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. Architecture & Design Support Collaborate with network architects on design validation, migrations, and technology refresh. Review and approve high-impact changes under CAB governance. Change & Configuration Management Execute complex changes to network infrastructure, including configuration management and change control processes. Network Operations Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, latency, and packet loss issues. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems using various tools and techniques. Network Security Support Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. Collaborate with security teams on incident response and mitigation. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Participate in CAB meetings to review and approve high-impact changes. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies. Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques. Familiarity with configuration management and change control processes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
