Your area of responsibility

• You conceptualize and build no-code and low-code solutions for concrete problems of our builder clients. From the initial idea through the prototype to productive rollout.
• You independently develop hands-on software: small tools, scripts, and integrations that have an immediately noticeable impact in everyday life, rather than gathering dust in the backlog for months. How you arrive at the solution is up to you.
• You continuously build our AI systems and the associated tech stack, from individual automations to the integration of new models, APIs, and tools as soon as they become relevant for us.
• You independently identify manual, recurring processes within the company and automate them, instead of waiting for an explicit request. Process design is part of the role here, not an additional task.
• You develop internal software tools that make other teams noticeably more efficient, thus becoming the central technical point of contact outside of classic product development.
• You make technical decisions independently and establish standards for how we use no-code and AI at yoursquares, with a direct influence on how the entire team will work in the future.

• Completed degree or further education in AI, computer science, or tech – or comparable practical experience.
• Proven experience with no-code and low-code platforms such as make.com, Bubble.io, Lovable, or Zapier.
• Experience in building AI systems or in the productive use of GenAI tools.
• Initial experience in a start-up environment, ideally with points of contact to product management.
• Basic understanding of software development: You can familiarize yourself with APIs, data structures, and simple scripts without relying on someone else building them first.
• Hands-on mentality: You prefer to build rather than plan extensively, and you present your results for discussion on the same day.
• Reliability and resilience, even under time pressure and changing priorities.
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills – you can explain technical solutions understandably to colleagues without a technical background.
