Nightshift Hygiene Operative

Role Overview:

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring that the factory is cleaned thoroughly and safely, meeting all required food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out deep cleaning of production and processing areas
• Ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and machinery are cleaned to food industry hygiene standards
• Working with cleaning chemicals and tools appropriately and safely
• Following strict health & safety and food safety procedures
• Completing tasks within set timeframes and shift schedules
• Keeping accurate records as required

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in a hygiene or food production environment is preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Candidates with manual work experience in other industries are welcome
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Physically capable due to the manual nature of the work
• Flexible and able to adapt to shift changes based on business needs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Shift Time: 18:30 – 06:00
• Pattern: 2-2-3 Rotation
• Example:
• Week 1: Mon–Tue ON, Wed–Thu OFF, Fri–Sat–Sun ON
• Week 2: Mon–Tue OFF, Wed–Thu ON, Fri–Sat–Sun OFF
