Night Trading Associate - crypto prop firm

Role Overview This role operates during night shifts to ensure continuous 24/7 trading coverage. You will be responsible for monitoring live trading systems, supporting high-frequency strategies, and coordinating with internal trading and engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and manage live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Execute and oversee automated trading strategies under predefined parameters. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading systems and infrastructure. * Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to implement system improvements and new strategies. * Conduct regular system checks and performance evaluations. * Provide real-time support for trading activities, including order execution and position management. * Adhere to risk management protocols and escalate any significant issues. * Maintain detailed logs of all activities and system events. * Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. * Strong understanding of financial markets and trading principles, particularly in cryptocurrency. * Experience with high-frequency trading systems and algorithmic trading strategies is a plus. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus. * Familiarity with market data feeds and trading platforms. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work night shifts.
