Night Senior Carer

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Like everyone here, as a Senior Carer, you'll always be looking for ways to improve our residents' lives, whether that's through activities, entertainment, or simply being there when they need someone to talk to. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by attending training sessions and workshops.
