Job description: Ensure the quality of the accommodation experience, before, during and after the guest's stay, in a personalized way, contributing to their loyalty. Give the guest the choice between independence and assistance, identifying their profile and adapting the service to those characteristics. · Participate daily in the briefing to receive information for the day. · Review the log from the previous shift to verify pending tasks to be completed during your shift.
