Night Receptionist (F/M/X)

Job description

Check-in clients in several languages in a professional, welcoming, and personalized manner while applying the tariff policy and procedures. You will be expected to inform clients about hotel services, maintain good relationships with them through our LeClub program, optimize occupancy rates, and increase hotel revenue. We expect you to be able to manage payments, billing, closing of daily operations, and prepare for future arrivals.

Room service and preparing tomorrow's breakfast will also be part of your mission.

During your shift, you will be responsible for the security of clients and the establishment.
