Surely you would be motivated by a role as Night Nurse within a welcoming medicalized home? As part of a full-time night CDI, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and health of residents. - Ensure continuous surveillance and evaluation of the health status of residents - Administer prescribed medical treatments while strictly respecting established protocols - Actively participate in developing and following personalized care plans - Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize care interventions - Provide psychological and educational support to promote autonomy and recovery for residents
