Night Market Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Night Market Sales Assistant for our Florence office.

This key figure will contribute to the success of our commercial division, supporting sales activities and managing customer relationships.

Main responsibilities:

You will initially support experienced commercial colleagues in sales, management, and merchandise preparation.
Progressively, you will learn about the characteristics of available products, sales logic to identify customer needs and guide their choices, establishing a trusting relationship with them.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or sales assistant roles, preferably in the food industry;
• Excellent communication and relational skills, with a strong customer focus;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on a night shift schedule: Monday to Friday from 02:00 to 09:00 and Saturday from 02:00 to 07:00.
