We are now looking for a Night Manager , a key leadership role responsible for overseeing hotel operations overnight and safeguarding the guest experience when the hotel transitions into its most discreet and intimate hours. The role The Night Manager represents the hotel during the night shift, ensuring that our high standards of service, quality and attention to detail are maintained. This includes managing the front desk, coordinating with other departments, and being the point of contact for guests. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, including managing the front desk, housekeeping, and security teams. • Ensuring that all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to guests. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. • Being the point of contact for guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Proven track record of success in managing hotel operations overnight. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business administration or related field preferred.
