We execute these according to the highest quality standards.Your tasks: - Responsible for the operation of cleaning teams - Responsibility for the coordination of night cleaning activities - Ensure that all cleaning operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines - Provide support and guidance to team members - Monitor and control the work process - Identify and report any deviations from the agreed-upon plan - Participate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing ones - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation - Ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues - Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the team leader or supervisor - Participate in training and development activities to improve knowledge and skills - Perform other tasks as required by the team leader or supervisor.
