We’re seeking a Night Auditor / Relief Receptionist to ensure smooth night operations and maintain the highest service standards. What You’ll Do: • ⁠ ⁠Oversee night operations, ensuring all front-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. • ⁠ ⁠Manage and coordinate with the night team to provide exceptional guest experiences. • ⁠ ⁠Conduct nightly audits of front-of-house areas, including the reception desk, lobby, and corridors. • ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of night operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and any issues that may have arisen. • ⁠ ⁠Provide support to guests during their stay, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues that may arise. • ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties and maintain high service standards.
