Night Auditor – Novotel Wellington *Two positions available

We currently have Two Night Auditor position available , based at the Novotel Wellington . Flexibility to support and cover shifts across both Ibis and Novotel hotels is an important part of the role. Key Duties: Work overnight shifts as a Night Auditor, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and other hotel operations. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating point-of-sale systems. Collaborate with colleagues across both hotels to ensure seamless communication and support. Key Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar hospitality or customer service role is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Availability to start immediately.
