THE MISSION?

Come they say, first impressions are what count and fortunately, you're the first person our guests meet. No problem because you're in good hands with us.

After sunset and before dawn, your task is to welcome our guests and monitor their stay.

As Mama, you have all the elements to offer a warm and personalized welcome: preparing arrivals, check-in & check-out for individual and group clients, taking last-minute bookings, switchboard, managing customer requests...

Perform high-quality follow-up with customers: you are responsible for correct customer situation management and report information to your team (incidents, complaints, customer comments or feedback...).

Manage and be responsible for the cash register; also verify all existing accounts.

Check all cash registers and, if necessary, correct balances. .

Modify, elaborate, and follow up on customer invoices.

If responsible for daily cash closing .

You're involved in Mama's service marketing, you like promoting our shop (sales and merchandising of products), restaurant, and events.

The experience for our guests must be perfect, and you're the guarantor.
