Night Auditor - hotel 4 stars - SAVHOTEL Aemilia and Fiera

Hosco Role: Night Auditor

We are owners and managers of three hotels: Savhotel Fiera Bologna, Savhotel Aemilia Bologna, Savhotel Mantegna Padova, recently acquired. We want to grow and create a hotel group of excellence in Italy, remaining faithful to our business model, which is based on the pursuit of excellence in management, service, and product, with particular attention to customer care and human resource care. The role: The resource, as Night Auditor, will be responsible for managing the night shift (23:00 - 07:00) and will handle the following activities:

• Welcoming guests during the night shift, including check-in and check-out.
• General supervision of the structure at night.
• Closing the day's accounts: reconciling payments, checking cash registers, producing daily reports.
• Inserting, updating, and controlling bookings from direct channels, FIT agencies, and OTAs.
• Managing any emergencies or nighttime problems.
• Managing room assignments and room status in collaboration with the housekeeping department.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of foreign languages, particularly English.
• Availability to work at night, on weekends, and on public holidays.
