Job description
- Guest Services: You are the first point of contact for our guests at night and ensure a smooth process during check-in and check-out.
- Daily Settlements: You conduct daily settlements independently and prepare accounting for the next day.
- Safety: You monitor hotel security standards and ensure that our guests have a pleasant and safe night.
- Requests & Service: You assist guests with questions and requests during the night with advice and support.
