Night Audit (m/f/d)

Together with your colleagues, you will create an unforgettable stay for our discerning and international guests.

• Responsibility or co-responsibility for managing the night shift and ensuring the smooth running of all reception-related tasks

• Service-oriented host for our national and international guests during the night

• Ensuring efficient information flow within the entire Front Office area

• Professional complaint management and competent handling of guest requests

• Carrying out general reception duties such as check-in, check-out, and guest support

• Administrative tasks, including checking billing, preparing shift handovers, and maintaining relevant lists and reports

• Creation of daily closing reports (Night Audit) as well as control and booking of all daily revenues

• Carrying out regular security and control rounds throughout the hotel

• Close cooperation with the Housekeeping, Technical, and F&B departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
