Type of employment: Full-time

• Co-responsibility for the entire reception area
• Check-in for late arrivals and check-out for early departures
• Processing of daily closing procedures
• Invoice control, as well as control of registration forms and open PM accounts
• Responsibility for the entire hotel area during the night and for hotel security
• Daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks such as creating lists and statistics etc. to support the daytime service
• First point of contact at night for guests with questions and uncertainties
• Adherence to all safety measures in case of fire according to instructions and training
• Working with Oracle Hospitality Suite 8, Symphony, and Skidata

• You have completed training in the hotel industry and ideally have gained initial professional experience as a Night Audit.
• Your open nature and strong communication skills characterize your hosting qualities.
• You have good MS Office user skills; knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage.
• Good German language skills, further foreign language skills, enjoyment of direct guest contact, and a confident demeanor complete your profile.
• We are looking for experience in upscale hotels, ideally in club hotels.
