Night Audit Manager (m/w)

As part of the Revo Hospitality Group we are looking for a Night Audit Manager (m/w) who will be responsible for the following tasks: * Overseeing the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls; * Managing and coordinating the activities of the night audit team, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations; * Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs; * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and efficient service during the night audit process; * Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination; * Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the night audit process. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, finance, accounting); * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or as an auditor; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and leadership skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
