Employment Type: Full-time

• Preferably a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable professional experience
• Enjoy guest contact as well as a confident and positive demeanor
• Good language skills in German and English, all other languages are a plus, especially Italian and French
• Basic PC skills

• Independent supervision of the Front Office during the night
• Handling of late check-ins and early check-outs
• Verification of daily closings and relevant billing
• Documentation of special incidents during the night shift
• Regular inspection tours according to operational requirements
• Processing of short-term or overnight reservation requests
