To sustainably develop our team, we are looking for a professionally qualified and leadership-strong personality as Environmental Technology Branch Manager (m/w/d) at the Ingolstadt location.

Your Tasks:

Professional Responsibility

  • Leadership and further development of the Ingolstadt branch
  • Steering and coordination of projects in the fields of building pollutants, building demolition planning, geotechnics, foundation, waste management, contaminated sites, soil remediation and environmental technology
  • Ensuring a cost-effective and quality-oriented project development
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new projects
  • Representation of the branch against clients, authorities and other project partners

Leadership Responsibility

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees at the location
  • Further development and motivation of the team
  • Capacity planning and resource management
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
  • Strategic further development of the branch
  • Promoting constructive, team-oriented cooperation

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Environmental Technology, Civil Engineering, Geosciences or comparable field
  • Multiple years of professional experience in at least one of the mentioned fields
  • Experience in leading complex projects and teams
  • Ideal candidate with a focus on contaminated sites
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a deep understanding of economic interdependencies
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Travel readiness
