On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for the Medical/Care Sector for the location Villingen-Schwenningen.

This is a direct placement as a long-term permanent position directly with our partner company – no project work, no temporary employment contract.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the branch and external "ambassador" role
• Responsible management of operational business including budget and revenue responsibility
• Acquisition of new clients as well as support and expansion of existing clients
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel management of the team focusing on personnel and client consulting (dispatch)
• Planning and steering of corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of collaboration with all local departments and headquarters
• Compliance with all labor law, personnel-related, and legal regulations

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in the staffing industry as a Branch Manager in the medical and care sectors
• Thorough knowledge of labor law – especially regarding temporary employment (AÜG)
• Business management and human resources management knowledge – particularly in leading employees (m/f/d)
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• High affinity for sales, determination, and a proactive working style
