I am looking for a highly successful, privately owned client of mine for their existing branch location in Dresden

Tasks

• As an ambitious leader, you will quickly take on responsibility for the operations of the branch office. This includes budget responsibility as well as evaluating monthly results and preparing them
• Analyze, define, and largely self-determined exploration of the market potential in your sales region
• New customer acquisition and expansion of existing customers
• Sustainable development of personnel services at your location
• As a leader, you are the professional supervisor of all internal employees
• Evaluation of monthly numbers and installation or derivation of measures

Qualification

• You have completed a training program or studied
• You have more than 3 years of experience in personnel services and are looking for a new challenge, the next step on your career ladder (without this industry experience, unfortunately, your application cannot be considered)
• Customer contacts in the region are advantageous
• You are a dynamic, performance-oriented, and very sales-oriented personality
