Aufgaben

  • Operative Leitung des Standortes
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehungen bei den vorhandenen Altkunden
  • Führung des vorhandenen Teams
  • Reporting an die Gebiets- und Geschäftsleitung

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche
  • Erfahrung in der Überlassung von Montagekräften aus dem Handwerkssegment (Elektro, Sanitär, Heizung) ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Vertriebsaffinität
