Responsibilities
As a regional manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the operational/technical and personnel leadership of your region – with corresponding accountability for financial results. You will ensure efficient and cost-effective contract processing, taking into account existing internal guidelines, instructions, and legal provisions.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• Planning, coordination, and management of the regional team in the Landstuhl area
• Leadership, support, and development of employees in a team consisting of service technicians from various trades
• Planning, management, and monitoring of business key figures
• Ensuring service quality and initiating and developing suitable measures for quality improvement within the area of responsibility
• Active existing customer care to ensure and optimize internal and external customer satisfaction
• Complaint and escalation management
• Planning, management, and monitoring of technical services, taking into account contractual, economic, and qualitative requirements

Profile

• Completed training as a master craftsperson or technician in heating/sanitary, electrical engineering, or mechanics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position; ideally initial experience in service management or technical customer service (applications also welcome in a deputy capacity)
• Experience in personnel leadership
• Commercial understanding
• Proficient in standard MS Office programs
• Results-oriented approach with a high degree of willingness to cooperate, social competence, and coordination and organizational skills
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
