Responsibility for the expansion of the location

Leadership and motivation of a team

Creation of a growth strategy

Organization of customer care and acquisition

Organization of recruitment and support of external employees

Establishment and expansion of customer networks

Budget responsibility

Qualifications

Apprenticeship, university degree, or commercial or industrial-technical profession

Leadership experience in temporary employment for at least 3 years

Experience in healthcare

Access to a regional customer network
