Tasks

• As Site Manager, you will take over strategic orientation and further development of the site
• The commercial and technical management of all processes and projects are within your responsibility
• In cooperation with the relevant departments, you will review cost planning and sales as well as results
• You will lead your interdisciplinary team to a common success through targeted further development
• Communication with other site managers and the management round out your task profile

Qualification

• A completed technical degree, ideally with a focus on geography or comparable
• Practical experience in (technical) sales as well as experience or willingness to take over leadership responsibility
• Solid German language skills (min. C1 level)
• A driving license of class B
• A solution- and business-oriented mindset, as well as a sense of responsibility
• A high degree of communication strength and tact in dealing with colleagues
