With 26 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, START is one of the largest and most successful temporary work agencies in the state. We employ approximately 2,500 temporary workers and 160 internal employees.

We have specialized in qualifying and long-term placement of hard-to-place target groups. With 400 apprenticeships, we secure the future of young people through our combined training program.

Branch Manager (m/w/d)

Our team at the Brühl location is looking for a Branch Manager (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible and you're just what we've been missing! What you'll be doing:
Du bist ein Macher: you'll get involved in operational daily business, implement company strategy, lead strategic goals for your location, and monitor important KPIs.
Vertrieb ist deine Passion: you'll steer sustainable acquisition, care, and consulting of new and existing customers at your location.
Du bist Wegweiser: you're responsible for guiding the recruitment, care, consulting, and disposition of external employees.
Du bist Multiplikator: you'll share your enthusiasm for our service portfolio with your colleagues.
Netzwerken ist dein Ding: you'll use and maintain existing networks, including your location's advisory board, to expand your network.
Du bist Coach: you'll lead a team and be responsible for the development of your employees and apprentices on site, as well as disciplinary guidance of external employees.
