In the interest of a leading mid-sized company in the personnel services sector, we are looking for an experienced and generalist branch manager (m/w/d) to expand the location. The company operates in the commercial-technical sector.

Tasks

• As Branch Manager/Manageress, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• Your engagement ensures the organization of the branch and the workflow processes
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development and economic growth of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• With passion and drive, you build your team and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting-

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training (commercial or technical)
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel services sector and sales preparation brings you joy
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team.
