In the interest of a leading, medium-sized company in the personnel service sector, we are looking for an experienced and generalist branch manager (m/w/d) for the expansion of the location. The company operates in the industrial-technical sector.

Tasks

• As a branch manager, you are responsible for the expansion, development, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• Through your engagement, you ensure the organization of the branch and the workflows
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• With passion and drive, you build your team and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting

Qualification

• You have a completed education (commercial or industrial)
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel service sector and sales, which brings you joy
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team
