Our client is a medium-sized personnel service company with an excellent reputation. As part of the succession, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/w/d) - preferably with a team - with solid experience in the commercial-technical temporary work placement industry.

Tasks

• As Branch Manager, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-orientedly leading your branch
• You ensure the organization of the branch and the workflow through your engagement
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• You build your team with passion and drive, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training (commercial or industrial)
• You have solid experience in the personnel service industry and sales prepared you for this role
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team.
