In the name of one of the leading, medium-sized companies in the personnel services sector, we are looking for an experienced and generalist branch manager (m/w/d) to expand the location. The company operates in the industrial-technical field.

Tasks

• As a branch manager, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• You ensure the organization of the branch and workflow through your engagement
• You steer sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• You build your team with passion and enthusiasm, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting-

Qualification

• You have a completed education (commercial or industrial)
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel services sector and sales prepared you for this role
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature, and bring your goal-oriented work style into the team.
