Our client is one of the leading medium-sized personnel service companies. As part of the succession planning, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/w/d) for the successful operating location.

Tasks

• As Branch Manager/Manageress, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• Your engagement ensures the organization of the branch and the workflow processes
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• With passion and drive, you build your team and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting-

Qualification

• You have a completed education (commercial or industrial)
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel service industry and sales preparation brings you joy
• You enthuse as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team.
