We are looking for a successful and experienced branch manager (m/w/d) for our client, a medium-sized personnel services company. As part of the succession planning, we are seeking a candidate with profound experience within the commercial-technical temporary agency work.

Tasks

• As Branch Manager/-in, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• You ensure the organization of the branch and the workflow through your engagement
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• You build your team with passion and enthusiasm, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training (commercial or industrial)
• You have profound experiences in the personnel services industry and sales prepared you for this role
• You are an excellent networker through your open and communicative nature, and bring your goal-oriented work style into the team.
