In the name of one of the leading, medium-sized companies in the personnel services sector, we are looking for an experienced and generalistically acting Branch Manager (w/m/d) for the expansion of the location. The company operates in the commercial-technical field.

Tasks

• As a Branch Manager/Manageress, you are responsible for the expansion, development, and result-oriented leadership of your branch
• You ensure the organization of the branch and the workflow through your engagement
• You steer the sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the establishment and economic development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• With passion and drive, you build your team and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting-

• You have a completed education (commercial or technical)
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel services sector and sales prepared to bring joy
