In the name of one of the leading, mid-sized companies in the personnel services sector, we are looking for an experienced and generalist Branch Manager (w/m/d) for the location in Berlin. The company operates in the commercial-technical field.

Tasks

• As a Branch Manager/Manageress, you are responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your branch.
• You ensure the organization of the branch and workflow through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers.
• You steer sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers.
• You build your team with passion and drive, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training (commercial or technical).
• You have fundamental experiences in the personnel services sector and sales prepared you for this role.
