Our client is a mid-sized company that has been successfully and strongly growing for almost 20 years in the medical sector, enjoying an excellent reputation. As part of the succession planning, we are looking for a Regional Manager (m/w/d) - preferably with a team - with profound experience within the medical staffing industry.

Tasks

• As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for expanding, developing, and result-oriented leadership of your regional office.
• You will ensure the organization of the regional office and workflow through your engagement.
• You will steer sales activities in the region by continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the regional office by acquiring open positions and winning new customers.
• You will build your team with passion and drive, and be responsible for budget planning and reporting.

• You have profound experiences in the personnel services industry and sales prepared you for joy.
• You inspire as a networker through your open and communicative nature and bring your goal-oriented working style into the team.
