Our client is a medium-sized company that has been successfully operating for almost 20 years and is strongly growing in the medical sector. As part of the succession, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/w/d) - preferably with a team - with profound experience within the medical staffing industry.

Tasks

• As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for expanding, developing, and result-orientedly leading your branch
• You will ensure the organization of the branch and the workflow through your engagement
• You will steer sales activities in the branch through continuous market observation and strengthen the development of the branch by acquiring open positions and winning new customers
• You will build your team with passion and enthusiasm, and are also responsible for budget planning and reporting.
