A well-established construction company with regional roots and a strong focus on commercial projects in the municipal and industrial environment is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded leadership figure for the expansion and further development of the site.

• Overall responsibility for the technical, financial, and personnel management of the site
• Leadership & Performance Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the financial, technical, and operational leadership of the site
• Steering project teams, construction supervision, calculation, and technical management
• Safeguarding quality, budget compliance, and timely implementation

• BUILDING AND MAINTAIN A REGIONAL CUSTOMER NETWORK (Industry, Commerce, Logistics)
• Identifying and securing new construction projects
• Representing the company in the region

• Fundamental and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Developing team, processes, and structures
• Fostering a performance-oriented, professional work culture

• Analyzing regional market potential and competitive situation
• Participation in company-wide growth and investment decisions
• Developing the site regarding efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position at a General Contractor / Total Provider in High-Rise Construction
• Fundamental knowledge in SF Construction, Industrial Construction or Commercial Construction
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and leadership strength
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong communicator, network-oriented, structured work style
