Site Manager GU SF-Building /Industrial Building (m/w/d)

Our client is a mid-sized company within a larger construction conglomerate. The company realizes projects for customers from the food, hygiene, and industrial sectors.

The unit has a strong market position and should be strategically developed further. A thinking entrepreneur is sought who combines technology, leadership, customer development, and economic management.

Tasks

• Operative and strategic responsibility for the site with approximately 20 employees
• Disciplinary leadership of a team consisting of commercial and industrial employees
• Management of industrial building projects in renovation, reconstruction, and new construction from service to project value of currently around €2 million
• Expansion of existing customer relationships and development of new project potential
• Perspective opening up further target markets, particularly towards Switzerland
• Cash management of the unit including controlling and result responsibility
• Safeguarding of binding processes and a economically viable project development

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as project or site manager in industrial building or comparable leadership position
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, technical engineering, or similar qualification
• Practical experience in renovation, reconstruction, and/or new construction of industrial projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a clear sense of responsibility and understanding of business management
