We are looking for a sales-oriented Niederlassungsleitung on a freelance basis for our internal team at the Duisburg location to recruit industrial-technical personnel.

The position will be filled directly without any agency fees - no employee leasing.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for the branch and 'ambassador' outwardly
• Responsible leadership of the operational business, including budget and sales responsibility
• Active new customer acquisition as well as care and expansion of existing customers
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel leadership of the team around personal and customer consulting (Disposition)
• Planning and steering corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of cooperation with all departments on site and at headquarters
• Compliance with all labor law, personnel-related, and statutory provisions

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Multiple years of experience in the personnel services industry as a branch manager for industrial-technical personnel within the framework of employee leasing
• Economic and personal economic knowledge - especially in leadership of employees (gn)
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High sales affinity, goal-orientedness, and proactive working style
