We are looking for a Regional Manager (gn) for the Medicine and Care departments on behalf of our client at the Ingolstadt location.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the regional office and 'ambassador' to the outside world
• Responsible leadership of the operational business, including budget and revenue responsibility
• New customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customers
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel management of the team around personal and customer consulting (disposition)
• Planning and steering corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of cooperation with all local departments and headquarters
• Compliance with all labor law, personal, and statutory provisions

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Multiple years of experience in the personnel services industry within the framework of worker placement and direct personnel recruitment for specialists from the fields of medicine and care
• Economic and personal economic knowledge - especially in leadership of employees (gn)
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High sales affinity, goal-orientedness, and proactive working style
