We are looking for a Leadership (Establishment) for the personal placement in the areas of medicine and care at our Hamburg location.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the establishment and 'ambassador' outwardly
• Responsible leadership of the operational business, including budget and turnover responsibility
• New customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customers
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel leadership of the team around personal and customer consulting (disposition)
• Planning and steering corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of cooperation with all local areas and central office
• Compliance with all labor law, personal, and statutory provisions

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Multiple years of experience in the personnel services industry within the framework of worker leasing and direct placement of specialists from the areas of medicine and care
• Economic and personal economic knowledge - especially in leadership of employees (gn)
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
• High sales affinity, goal-orientedness, and proactive working style
