In a client assignment, we are looking for a Branch Manager (gn) from the generalist or industrial-technical field for the location in Newss. Preferably with at least one Disponent (gn) to further develop the site.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the branch and 'ambassador' outwardly
• Responsible leadership of the operational business, including budget and revenue responsibility
• Active new customer acquisition as well as customer care and expansion of existing customers
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel management of the team around personal and customer consulting (Disposition)
• Planning and steering corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of cooperation with all local areas and central departments
• Compliance with all labor law, personal, and statutory provisions

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Multiple years of experience in the personnel services industry as a branch manager in the context of worker leasing for industrial-technical personnel
• Economic and personal economic knowledge - especially in leadership of employees (gn)
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High sales affinity, goal-orientedness, and proactive working style
