We are looking for a Branch Manager for the placement (ANÜ and PERM) of industrial-technical skilled workers (gn) on behalf of our client at the location in Dortmund.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the branch and 'ambassador' to the outside world
• Responsible leadership of the operational business, including budget and sales responsibility
• New customer acquisition as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customers
• Organizational, administrative, and personnel leadership of the team around personal and customer consulting (Disposition)
• Planning and steering corresponding sales activities
• Coordination of cooperation with all departments on site and at headquarters
• Compliance with all labor law, personal, and statutory provisions

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of training
• Multiple years of experience in the personnel services industry as a branch manager in the context of worker placement for industrial-technical skilled workers (gn)
• Economic and personal economic knowledge - especially in leadership of employees (gn)
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High sales affinity, goal-orientedness, and proactive working style
