Job description
Issuing permits to work and hot work permits for onsite and external contractors
Reviewing JSA and SWMS documents and ensuring contractor compliance with H&S guidelines
Monitoring and managing site security – including gatehouse duties, CCTV systems, and perimeter checks
Performing daily facility inspections and reporting any maintenance needs
Assisting departments with bin collection, truck loading, and general site logistics
Operating forklifts and MHE to support logistics and recycling processes
Managing cardboard and polystyrene baling to support our sustainability efforts
Supporting general facilities maintenance as needed
