Your Profile

We are looking for an analytical person with interest in data-based media analysis and new technologies to strengthen our team. The role is suitable for both beginners and students (approx. 20 hours per week) who want to gain practical experience in the field of Media Analytics.

The focus of this position lies on working in the late shift as well as structured evaluation and preparation of media content.

• Ongoing or already completed studies (e.g., Social Sciences, Media, Data, Business, etc.)
• Interest in media analysis, data work, and analytical questions
• No hesitation to learn new tools, technologies, or processes
• Independent, structured working style and high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Safe handling of common tools (Mac, G Suite, Slack)
• Bonus: First experiences with KI-tools, automation, or data-based work (e.g., Excel, AI-tools)

Your Tasks

• You apply the social scientific method of media content analysis practically (Focus: Text Analysis)
• You code media contributions from Print, Online, Radio, TV, and Social Media independently and evaluate them structuredly
• You write summaries, especially for Social-Media-contents
• You support in automating analysis processes (e.g., coding, data preparation)
• You work on quantitative and qualitative media analyses in the Insights Team with
• You support in data evaluation, create graphics, and write analytical texts (if suitable and interested)

Working Hours

• You work preferably in the Late Shift and take over shifts of approximately 4 hours within the time frame between 15:00 and 23:00 hours
• You take 1-2 assignments per month on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), planned in advance, with corresponding compensation during the week
