Newsletter Content Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who brings together good texts and good design, and from that builds finished newsletters.

A little about us: We are Rügamer & Steiner from Düsseldorf, over 35 people, and we do email marketing for more than 150 online shops. In numbers: 8 emails per second, 250 million recipients per year. Every single line of it was written & designed by someone from our team.

You have already worked in marketing, with content or on digital campaigns, and have written texts or designed content. With us, you will bring both together and build the entire newsletter yourself.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will be ready in the morning. One shop needs a sale newsletter, the next introduces a new category. You will read into the briefing, think about the structure, write the subject line and the text, pull the blocks from our Figma design system and adapt the graphics, partly with AI. Then the newsletter goes to the client for approval and is sent out.

You will manage 30 to 40 brands. After a few weeks, you will know how each one sounds and looks.

• High commitment: With us, we go full throttle, 100% on-site with the team in Düsseldorf.
• Instinct for text and design: You have an eye for what looks good and a feel for which words fit.
• Extremely fast comprehension: You learn new tools in days.
• Ambition and self-motivation: You accept feedback and get better every week.
• You are comfortable using AI tools.
• You work well and quickly. You build texts that sell and designs that convince.
• You want to be responsible for the whole thing, not just your part of it.

Figma, newsletter or design education? Not a must.

Eye, speed, and attitude are decisive. We will teach you the rest.
