At Adaptability Therapy, we believe in putting people first – both our clients and our team. As Southeast QLD’s leading boutique allied health provider, we’re excited to welcome a New Graduate Occupational Therapist into our supportive and collaborative team.
Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and access to experienced clinicians across a range of specialties. You’ll be mentored, empowered, and given the tools to grow into a confident and capable practitioner.

Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth
  • Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups
  • Initial shadowing period with experienced clinicians (Weeks 1–2)
Gradual caseload ramp-up:
  • Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 clients per week
  • Month 3: Begin managing an independent caseload with senior support
  • Month 6: Transition to a full caseload, with continued guidance

About You
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, valid driver’s licence and access to your own Vehicle.
