Job description

Join a welcoming neurodiversity-affirming clinic in Werribee and work alongside a tight-knit multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals. You’ll work with children and families across a Paediatric caseload (ages 2-16), supporting clients with autism, ADHD, developmental delays and other neurodevelopmental needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist who is looking to feel supported by a dedicated leadership team with many clinical supervisors and seniors. What’s on Offer

Your Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality OT services to a mixed caseload (primarily paediatrics) to private clients and NDIS referrals
  • Provide therapy and interventions across clinic, school, and community environments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physiotherapists and AHAs
  • Participate in ongoing PD, team training, and cross-discipline collaboration
Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or awaiting AHPRA registration)
  • A genuine interest in paediatrics and developmental therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to learn, ask questions, and seek feedback
  • Access to a car (for short, local community visits)
  • A willingness to be part of a growing, supportive team
