Job description
Join a welcoming neurodiversity-affirming clinic in Werribee and work alongside a tight-knit multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals. You’ll work with children and families across a Paediatric caseload (ages 2-16), supporting clients with autism, ADHD, developmental delays and other neurodevelopmental needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist who is looking to feel supported by a dedicated leadership team with many clinical supervisors and seniors. What’s on Offer

- Provide therapy and interventions across clinic, school, and community environments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physiotherapists and AHAs
- Participate in ongoing PD, team training, and cross-discipline collaboration
- A degree in Occupational Therapy (or awaiting AHPRA registration)
- A genuine interest in paediatrics and developmental therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to learn, ask questions, and seek feedback
- Access to a car (for short, local community visits)
- A willingness to be part of a growing, supportive team
